In order to secure your reservation you are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice amount within 7 days of placing the reservation.
Final payment of the total invoice amount (remaining 80%) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. You will not receive a reminder as the confirmation/invoice letter which you will receive at reservation will show these amounts and the dates they are due.
If we receive written notice (fax or e-mail) of the cancellation of your reservation up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date you will receive 50% of the rental amount and 100% of the tourist tax. If the accommodation is rented out for the exact period of time, 80% of the rental amount and 100% of the Tourist tax will be refunded.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, or Credit Card (Visa or Master Card). We don't accept American Express.
Check in & Check out terms
Unless agreed upon in writing previous to arrival, Bonaire Oceanfront Villas will provide the accommodation to the guest from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival until 10.00 hours of the day of leaving the accommodation.
Bonaire Oceanfront Villas will do everything possible to have the accommodation ready upon arrival on Bonaire but can and only will guarantee a check in time of 15.00 hours.
For a definite early check is an extra night’s reservation recommended.
Bonaire Oceanfront Villas are well willing and flexible with check out times, but also here, if not agreed upon in writing previous to arrival the guest will be expected to check out of the accommodation before or at 10.00 hours of the day of departure.
Late check out fees are available upon request.
