The Sunset Beach House was more than we expected. The house was so much bigger than what you see in the pictures.
The Management (Charles & Kittie) were amazing. They were so kind as to meet us at the airport at 5:30 in the morning and get us to the house on our arrival. They met us again on the morning of departure to help us get our bags to the airport. They are truly kind people and very knowledgeable about the island.
We stayed at the Sunset Beach House with our three children ages 9 and 4 year old twins. We also had my mother with us. The kids were so surprised to find a play room downstairs filled with toys for all ages. It was like Christmas morning. My husband and me were so happy that the kiddos had the toys to keep them occupied when we were not in the pool or out touring the island. The house also comes with a variety of movies for the kids and adults alike for those lounging around days.
This was by far the BEST family vacation we have ever had and we truly believe it was mostly due to the layout and amenities of the Sunset Beach House. This house would be great for a girls getaway, families with small children and teenagers, couples and the diver as there is a dive site directly in front of the house that offers beautiful corals and rainbows of fish. We are looking forward to returning to Bonaire and will definitely reserve the Sunset Beach House again.
