This spacious newly build villa at the South West side of the island is designed by the Dutch designer Piet Boon.
This villa has a large pool, a private beach and direct access to the ocean!
Also this villa has a large garden and a gazebo to relax and a private mooring for a boat.
As in his previous Beach House, design Boon again opted for a “natural” design concept. Although you are in the tropics there is almost no need for air co.
The cool trade wind breezes right through the house, which makes for a comfortable atmosphere. The huge shutters in the villa temper the trade wind.
The interior and the terraces are styled with exclusive furniture designed by Piet Boon.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with the state of the art products from Viking.
This villa has 4 bedrooms with air co and have their own private well equipped bathrooms.
