The Reef Villas are environmentally low-impact houses designed and built using materials such as wood, local stones and concrete and technology that reduces its carbon footprint and lowers its energy needs. The Reef villas use their own power supply. They are not connected to the public network for electricity. There is enough solar power with battery storage for normale usage.
