This private beach villa " Kas Playa" is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean Island Bonaire. You can find this top of the notch villa only 10 minutes walk away from the heart of Kralendijk. What makes this villa so unique is that it has a 100 feet wide natural, private, sandy beach! And if you don't want to be in the beautiful ocean all the time, you can also take a swim in the 50 feet wide infinity pool! This pool even has sunbeds in the water. Kas Playa is newly built in 2020 on a double lot and therefore is built in width. One other unique thing about Kas Playa, it has floor to ceiling glass, so you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from almost every room! The kitchen is from the high end brand "Bulthaup" and is equipped with 2 ovens from the brand "Miele", a Bora induction cooker, large luxury Gaggenau Refridgeratro, wine fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The music system in the villa is from HEOS. The 5 luxury bedrooms all have private bathrooms with a rain shower, toilet, double sink and even an invisible climate control system. Opposite of the villa you will find the high-end dive school VIP diving. A tour of the villa

Ground floor: You enter the villa through a enormous wooden gate with a hidden garden leading you to the frontdoor, straight into the spacious living area. Here you can also find the high end kitchen on the left. On the right is one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the front side of the villa you can find a second bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom. On the ocean side you can open all the sliding doors and enjoy the amazing breeze coming in.

First floor: Going up de stairs you can find the other bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom. Here you can also find your private gym with high quality Life fitness equipment like a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbbells. 

Outside: From the kitchen and living area, you can find your way outside. There is a spacious lounge area with a ceiling fan. The beautiful inifity pool, followed by your private beach will also be waiting for you on this side. There is also a separate laundry room here and storage for your divegear. On the other side of the pool, there is a gazebo with another lounge.
